Second Series status[]
Hi, at the moment there has been no official word on the status of the second series.
The latest response I got from Marie Critchley, who plays Sue Walker (Kieren Walker's mother):
- @phantomsteve hi Steve no we don't have any news! All waiting to find out.

If I hear more, I'll post it here! PhantomSteve/talk|contribs\ 09:56, May 1, 2013 (UTC)
- I like this drama a lot. I hope there will be a series two. The blue oblivion, where did Amy go, will Lisa become an undead etc.. there are so many questions unanswered! — DinoKev talk 00:06, May 2, 2013 (UTC)
Series 2 confirmed![]

- Yes! See the announcement at SFX Magazine: "we’re absolutely delighted to hear that the channel has not only commissioned a second series, but has also increased the number of episodes. According to Broadcast, series two is likely to be six episodes, although it could end up a five-part series."
- From Dominic's tweet:
- Delighted #InTheFlesh is coming back. Thank you BBC, the cast, crew, the fans and all the supporters of the show. broadcastnow.co.uk/news/commissio…— Dominic Mitchell (@DomMitchell) May 22, 2013
